This CompactPCI Peripheral Master processor board is designed for telecommunications, Internet and industrial control applications requiring completely integrated multiprocessing solutions for increased performance and system reliability. A generous set of on-board embedded features and the 6U Eurocard mechanical form factor address the system integration requirements of OEM system builders. High-range performance comes from the Pentium III processor and the CompactPCI bus, while support for major operating systems and real-time software speeds application development. The ZT 5541 is capable of running separate operating systems on individual Peripheral Masters in a compactnet multi-processing system.
