<p> This series of waveguide direct reading frequency meters provides broadband measurement of frequencies from 3.95 to 40.0 GHz quickly and accurately.  A high Q resonant cavity, turned by a choke-type plunger, is mounted upon a short transmission section of waveguide.  The frequency being measured is read directly on a greatly expanded, highly legible, precise scale.  
  </p><p>  Repeatability is excellent and use of the instrument is greatly enhanced by the fact that the entire calibrated dial is in view.  A dip in R.F. output of 1.0 db or more indicates resonance; virtually full  power is transmitted through the section when off resonance.  Finish is instrument gray enamel.</p>
