<p>The HP4948A is a unique transmission impairment measuring device that lets you carry voice grade modem traffic while they are still in service - allowing for true preventative maintenance and network management information. Amazingly, the device does this without special modems and is suitable for North American and CITT environments. Measurement capabilities include level, frequency, S/N, phase, jitter, amplitude jitter, dropouts, gain hits, phase hits, impulse noise, attenuation distortion and delay distortion. This item is in like new, unused condition.</p>
